新西兰入境时

1.入境前请认真填写《入境旅客登记卡》，如有虚报或隐瞒，一经查处，将受到相关部门严惩。

2.新西兰海关和检疫部门对入境旅客检查非常苛刻，特别禁止或限制携带动植物及其制品入境。

*不要携带任何形式的食物，包括干的、新鲜食物、熟食、腌制食品等，如话梅、香蕉片、牛肉粒等等。

*不要携带木制品、植物的根、茎、叶、果、籽等任何部分。不要携带中草药、稻草制品等。

*不要携带动物、动物的任何部分及与动物有接触的产品，其中包括设备、蛋类、生物样本、鸟、鱼、昆虫、珊瑚、贝壳、蜂蜜产品、充物食品等。

*不要携带泥土或粘有泥土的物件，如体育设备、运动鞋子等。

*不得携带药物、类固醇、枪械、各式武器、毒品等。

*限制携带物品：酒类不得超过2250毫升，香烟25支以内。

*有商业用途的货物或样品要申报。

*如有携带食品进入，包括在飞机及轮船上留下来的食物，必须在入境卡上申明，接受检验，千万不要冒然一试闯关。

请阅读以下条款POLICY
1. 本报价如因人数增减，Star trip 有权重新核价并报价。
Star trip reserves the right to update or reissue the quotation when the number of passengers in the tour changes.
2. 一经递交确认单，团组人数和所定行程不得随意改变，如有改变，费用例比增加，Star trip 保留最终决定权。
After the quotation has been confirmed by the customer and submitted to Star trip, any changes in the number of
passengers and the itinerary will require the quotation to be reissued and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
3. 行程中如遇天灾人祸、战争暴乱、交通路面等不可抗拒的突发事件而引致行程调整，Star trip 有作出临时调整
的权利，团员不得有异议并籍故要求赔偿。
In the case the tour encounters circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters, war, traffic disruptions etc.,
the operating company has the right to change the itinerary without notice. The customers are not eligible to receive
compensation or refunds in such situations.
4. 团员需自行负责符合入境国规定的有效护照及签证，在任何情况下若遇海关拒绝入境而引致的一切损失及费
用，团员需自行承担，概与Star trip 无涉，团费概不退还。
Each passenger must hold a valid passport and a valid visa to the destination country. If the passenger is denied
access to the destination country for any reason, any loss or cost incurred as a consequence is entirely the
responsibility of the passenger. No refund can be given due to these reasons.
5. 若出行日期遇到当地大型会展、节假日、重大赛事、会议等，价格将适当上调，Star trip 保留在特殊情况下更
改报价的权利。
If the tour coincides with major conventions, holidays, major sporting events, conferences, etc., Star trip reserves the
right to adjust the quotation.
